High Protein Kfc Zinger Sliders
  1. Cut chicken into five strips and season each side with the seasonings.

  2. Crush Corn Flakes into smaller pieces and add a dash of the same seasonings.

  3. Coat each piece of chicken in egg and then in the crushed Corn Flakes.

  4. Spray with cooking oil spray and bake in the oven or air fryer.

  5. For the mini flatbreads, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and yogurt to form a dough ball.

  6. Roll out the dough and cut out five mini flatbreads.

  7. Cook the flatbreads on medium heat for two minutes on each side.

  8. For the Zinger sauce, mix low-fat Greek yogurt, paprika, and a squirt of sriracha.

  9. Assemble each slider with lettuce and evenly distribute the sauce.

  10. Air fry = 190 Degrees Celsius 16 - 18 Min OR Bake In Oven = 200 Degrees Celsius 20 - 25 Min
