Sa Costedda - Sardinian Tomato Flatbread
  1. Mix the tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil and salt in a bowl.

  2. Add the flours and yeast, then mix until you have a wet, sticky dough.

  3. Cover and let it rest until slightly risen.

  4. Transfer to a well-oiled baking tray, spread it out gently with your hands and bake until golden around the edges and crispy on top.
