Crispy Chicken Caesar Sliders
  1. Combine all ingredients for the Caesar dressing in a bowl or blender and combine.

  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  3. Slice the slider buns in half lengthwise and place both halves on a rimmed baking sheet.

  4. On the lower half, brush on about ¼ cup of the Caesar dressing.

  5. Chop the chicken tenders into large, bite size pieces and divide them among the 12 sliders.

  6. Top with the shredded cheeses.

  7. Combine the melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper. Brush the mixture on the top buns.

  8. Place the sliders in the oven and allow the top buns to toast for about 10 minutes.

  9. Remove the top buns from the oven and continue to bake the bottom buns for another 5-10 minutes until the chicken is heated through and the cheese is melted.

  10. Remove the sliders from the oven and place onto a cutting board or serving tray.

  11. Toss the romaine lettuce with another ¼ cup of the Caesar dressing and pile it high on the sliders.

  12. Top with the other buns and gently press together.

  13. Slice and serve.
