30-minute Ground Beef & Gravy Over Mashed Potatoes
  1. Brown ground beef in a large sauté pan

  2. Mix in onions, carrots, celery, garlic and seasonings

  3. Sauté until vegetables start to soften

  4. Mix in frozen peas and cook for a few minutes until slightly softened

  5. Mix in flour and cook down for 1 minute

  6. Stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a boil

  7. Lower heat and simmer until gravy is thickened

  8. Serve over mashed potatoes
