Brown ground beef in a large sauté pan
Mix in onions, carrots, celery, garlic and seasonings
Sauté until vegetables start to soften
Mix in frozen peas and cook for a few minutes until slightly softened
Mix in flour and cook down for 1 minute
Stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a boil
Lower heat and simmer until gravy is thickened
Serve over mashed potatoes
