Rustic Apple Cinnamon Walnut Bread (homemade, No Sourdough)
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan.

  2. In a bowl, mix flours, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.

  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, honey, yogurt, oil, and vanilla until smooth.

  4. Fold wet and dry mixtures together gently. Add apples and walnuts.

  5. Pour batter into pan. Bake 45–55 min until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

  6. Let cool before slicing. Serve plain or lightly toasted.
