Heat some oil in a pan, add in your broken up sausage meat and allow to sear for 5 minutes
Once the meat has some colour, add the tomato paste and Gochujang and cook for a further few minutes
Put the fresh pasta into a pot of salted boiling water and cook for a few minutes
Deglaze the pan with a splash of beef bone broth before adding the garlic
Add a small ladle of pasta water, cream, and cheese before placing the pasta in the pan to combine
