Cook Beef

  1. Brown beef with taco seasoning and water.

Make Cheese Sauce

  1. Melt butter. Whisk in flour.

  2. Add cream and milk.

  3. Stir in pepper jack and cheddar until melted.

Assemble Crunchwraps

  1. Layer beef on large tortilla.

  2. Top with cheese sauce.

  3. Layer tostada with yogurt or sour cream.

  4. Add lettuce.

  5. Add tomato.

  6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese.

  7. Place small tortilla on top.

  8. Toast 3-4 minutes per side until crispy.
