Marinate each kind of meat with 1 teaspoon fish sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon cooking oil, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, ¼ teaspoon ground pepper, 1 tablespoon chopped garlic, 1 tablespoon chopped shallots, and 1 tablespoon lemongrass (optional) for 2-3 hrs. or overnight.
Make minced pork into little pork patty.
Grill both meat until done. You can also pan fry, air fry or bake in the oven.
For the broth, cook 1.5 cup water, ¼ cup fish sauce, and ¼ cup sugar in a sauce pan until it comes to a low boil, then shut off.
Add meat and pickles veggies in the sauce to soak up the flavor before eating.
