  3. Add Seasonings: Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the black pepper, turmeric, and cayenne pepper. Adjust seasonings to taste.

  4. Form the Cubes: Spoon the mixture into an ice cube tray. Freeze for several hours or overnight until solid.

  5. Serve: Pop a cube into a mug, pour in 8-10 ounces (240-300 ml) of hot water, stir, and sweeten to taste with honey or maple syrup.
