Brownie Pudding
  1. Beat together 4 eggs and 2 cups sugar until thick and light yellow, and mixture falls from beater in a ribbon

  2. Sift together ¾ cup cocoa powder and ½ cup flour

  3. Scrape seeds from 1 vanilla bean and add to egg mixture

  4. Add 1 tablespoon Framboise to the mixture

  5. On low speed, slowly add the dry ingredients to avoid lumps

  6. Melt 2 sticks butter and let cool slightly, then pour into batter

  7. Pour batter into a buttered 9 by 12 inch baking pan

  8. Place baking pan in a water bath with very hot tap water

  9. Bake at 325 degrees for exactly 1 hour until baked on outside and pudding-like in the middle

  10. Test with a toothpick in the middle - it should come out wet, almost half-baked

  11. Serve with ice cream
