  1. Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C) and line a round baking mold with parchment paper or grease it with oil.

  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas.

  3. Add eggs and Greek yogurt to the mashed bananas, then use a fork or whisk to stir until the ingredients are combined. The result should be a smooth, lump-free batter.

  4. Transfer the mixture to your prepared baking mold, spreading it out evenly.

  5. Bake in the middle rack of a hot oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the cheesecake has set and is cooked inside.

  6. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
