Easy Baklava Granola Recipe
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and set it aside.

  2. In a small bowl, add the ghee, honey, brown sugar, and vanilla. Whisk to combine.

  3. In a second large bowl, add the dry ingredients (oats, walnuts, pistachios, almonds, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt), and toss to combine.

  4. Slowly pour the wet ingredients on top of the dry, and stir until everything is well coated.

  5. Arrange the granola in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden, stirring halfway through.

  6. Cool completely before breaking apart. Store in an air tight container.
