Air Fryer Chili Oil Shrimp Rice Paper Wraps
  1. Preheat your airfryer to 400 degrees

  2. On a wet sheet of rice paper, lay the peeled, raw shrimp down with space between each shrimp

  3. Wet another rice paper sheet and lay it on top of the shrimp. Let it soften

  4. Once softened, stick the rice paper together by gently pressing down between each shrimp

  5. Lay it out in a single layer on the airfryer tray and spray oil on each side

  6. Airfry for 12-15 minutes

  7. Make the chili oil sauce by combining chili oil, soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, and minced garlic

  8. Break apart the rice paper around each shrimp and mix with the sauce

  9. Enjoy
