  1. Fry the chillie and garlic in peanut oil.

  2. Add the chinese cabbage and cook for a further minute.

  3. Add soy beans and fish sauce and fry for a couple more minutes.

  4. Lastly, add the tofu and oyster sauce.

  5. Serve with rice.
