The Best Baby Bok Choy Recipe
  1. In a large wok or skillet, heat oil over medium high heat.

  2. Sauté shallot and garlic for a couple of minutes, or until shallots are golden brown.

  3. Add bok choy to the pan and sauté for a minute.

  4. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, chili oil and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until tender to your liking.

  5. Serve immediately with more chili oil.
