Prepare the Crock Pot:
Place the chicken, diced tomatoes, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, diced onion, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning into the crock pot.
Cooking Time:
Cover the crock pot and set to cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
Shred the Chicken:
Once cooked, remove the chicken breasts from the crock pot. Shred them using two forks and then return the shredded chicken to the pot.
