Combine all dry ingredients, making sure to sieve the coconut flour, almond flour, and cocoa powder. Set aside.
In your mixer (or with a hand mixer) beat eggs and brown sugar until super light, fluffy and doubled in size.
Slowly stream in your olive oil and tahini while mixing.
Add a splash of vanilla.
Add your dry ingredients, mixing till just combined.
Add chocolate chips if using.
Pour into a greased and lined 9x13 pan and bake at 325F for 30-35 minutes.
