Cowboy Mayo
  1. Add eggs, avocado, oil, and Dijon mustard to container. Place stick blender in the bottom and begin blending as the mixture thickens you can start moving around the stick blender to combine until the mayo is thick.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend a second time to combine.

  3. Chill for at least one hour before serving. Cowboy mayo will last seven days in the fridge.
