Chicken
Sauce
Add all sauce ingredients to bowl and whisk together. Set aside.
Saute zucchini or vegetable of choice with salt and pepper.
In a gallon ziplock add salt, pepper and cornstarch, shake to mix together.
Start oil heating in wok, add cubed chicken to the bag and shake to coat.
Cook chicken, set it aside and drain oil.
Add sauce to pan and stir while it thickens.
Add chicken and vegetables back in, mix well to coat.
Serve on rice.
