Slow Cooker Turkey Breast
  1. Season: Pat turkey dry and rub all the dry seasonings evenly over it.

  2. Add butter: Lay the butter slices right on top of the turkey.

  3. Slow cook: Pour broth into the bottom of the crockpot and place turkey on top.

  4. Cook on LOW for 5–6 hours (or until internal temp hits 165°F). Let rest 10 minutes before slicing

  5. Pour your drippings into a small saucepan.

  6. In a cup, whisk together 2 tbsp cornstarch + 2–3 tbsp water until smooth.

  7. Bring the drippings to a gentle simmer and slowly whisk in the slurry.

  8. Cook a few minutes until thickened to your liking.
