240 grams chickpeas
60 grams pb powder
60 grams protein powder
60 ml almond milk
60 ml zero-calorie maple syrup
5 ml vanilla
30 grams oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
90 grams chocolate chips
In food processor, add maple syrup and chickpeas, process and until smooth. Move to a mixing bowl and add all ingredients (don't over mix).
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into a greased IKEA baking dish and top with cronchy sugar.
Bake at 165C (conv) for 25 mins. Drizzle PB on top once cooked.
Cool completely.
1 tbsp peanut butter drizzled on top
