Mix together all the ingredients for the cake in a small bowl until smooth.
Make the cinnamon swell with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Pour half the cake batter into a large mug followed by half the cinnamon swell mix, then repeat with the rest of the mix.
Mix together sugar and cinnamon then sprinkle over the cake.
Microwave until there's no wet batter left, watching the cake so it doesn't overflow.
