Wild Garlic Cheesy Naan (no Yeast)
  1. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl. Make a well in the middle and add yoghurt, water and oil.

  2. Knead for about 5 minutes until you get a smooth dough (you can also use a stand mixer).

  3. Cover the bowl and let it rest for about 1 hour.

  4. Meanwhile, mix the cheese and wild garlic and toss well to combine.

  5. Lightly dust your working surface, place the dough and divide it into 6 equal pieces.

  6. Roll each piece into rounds, place 2 tablespoons of the cheese and wild garlic mixture at the centre. Pull the edges towards the center and seal the dough to form a ball. Repeat it for each piece.

  7. Heat a non stick pan on medium heat and cook for about 2 minutes, flip on the other side and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Enjoy!
