Garlic Tofu
  1. Dry the tofu well then mix the tofu pieces in the cornflour and garlic powder. Preheat your air fryer to 190c and cook for 10-15 minutes until crispy. If you don't have an air fryer it can also be cooked in the oven at 220c/200c fan but it'll take about 25-30 minutes.

  2. In a medium sized frying pan in a low-medium heat, add the ginger and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes, until golden.

  3. Reduce the heat to low then add the soy sauce and honey. Stir until evenly combined.

  4. Pour in the tofu pieces, stirring well to coat each piece in the sauce.
