Pan Fried Cod
  1. Prepare fish by patting dry. Combine garlic, paprika, onionpowder, salt and celery seed in a small bowl. Mix well. Sprinkle over bothsides of fish and allow to rest.

  2. In a large skillet, melt butter and olive oil over low tomedium heat. When hot, add fish and cook for 2 minutes. Carefully flip the fishand add lemon juice. Cook 2 minutes more until browned and flaky.

  3. Serve warm garnished with parsley and drizzled with pansauce.
