Chicken Taco Bowl
  1. Add all ingredients to a pot or rice cooker & cook rice as normal. Fluff & enjoy!

  2. Marinate boneless, skinless chicken thighs for 1 hour, up to overnight. Grill or smoke the chicken until cooked through.

  3. Blend the cilantro lime crema ingredients, thin with milk or water as needed to reach your desired consistency.

  4. Pickle the red onion by covering in lime juice & a pinch of salt then refrigerating for a couple of hours.

  5. Sauté the red bell pepper with salt & pepper in a bit of avocado oil.

  6. Rinse and drain the black beans.
