Cook the pasta shells according to the directions on the package.
Drain and set aside.
While the pasta is cooking, dump the ground beef into a large non stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Crumble the ground beef well as it cooks.
Once the ground beef is fully cooked, add the butter and garlic puree to the skillet.
Stir until the butter is melted.
Add the heavy cream. salt, pepper and Italian seasoning to the skillet.
Stir well and bring to a boil.
Leave the sauce to continue boiling, stirring frequently, for 4 minutes.
Reduce the heat to medium-low.
Add the cooked pasta shells to the skillet.
Stir until all of the shells are coated in sauce.
Remove the skillet from the heat and add the shredded parmesan cheese.
Stir until the cheese is melted.
Serve and enjoy!
