Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add chicken broth, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning, stirring until smooth and creamy.
Add the chicken back to the skillet and simmer for 10-15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
In a separate pan, boil the halved baby potatoes until tender.
Serve the creamy garlic chicken over the cheesy potatoes.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
