Hawaiian Macaroni Salad
  1. Cook macaroni as directed on the packaging. Drain and pour into a mixing bowl.

  2. Pour the vinegar over the macaroni and stir to combine. Add the carrot, green onion, salt and pepper and stir.

  3. In a separate bowl mix together the mayo, milk and sugar.

  4. Fold the mayo mixture into the macaroni. Allow to cool before covering and storing in the fridge to chill completely.

  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
