Classic Bean Sprout Stir Fry
  1. In a very hot wok, coat well with oil and add scallions, ginger and garlic. Season and stir.

  2. Quickly add the bean sprouts and stir-fry, flipping the sprouts around quickly.

  3. Check for seasoning.

  4. Serve immediately. May serve with rice.
