Low Carb Asian Slaw
  1. Combine all of the slaw ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Combine all of the slaw dressing ingredients together and mix well ensuring the sweetener has dissolved properly.

  3. Pour the dressing over the slaw mix and stir until ingredients are well combined

  4. Serve the slaw garnished with peanuts, some chopped spring onions, chopped coriander and additional chopped red chilli if desired.
