Vegan Toffee Crisp Balls
  1. Blend dates, peanut/almond butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and salt in a food processor until smooth

  2. Transfer mixture to a bowl and mix through a generous handful of crispy cereal

  3. Roll mixture into balls, refrigerating if too sticky to handle easily

  4. Melt 100g dark chocolate

  5. Mix another handful of crispy cereal through the melted chocolate

  6. Coat the balls in the chocolate and cereal mixture

  7. Top with an extra sprinkle of salt

  8. Refrigerate until fully set and serve
