Break your tofu into bite-sized pieces and add them to a bowl
Add the olive oil, soy sauce, and cornstarch and toss with a spatula until evenly coated
Fry the tofu in a non-stick pan on medium heat until crispy on all sides
Whisk together all the ingredients for the sauce
Pour the sauce into a pan and bring it to a simmer until the sauce has thickened
Lower the heat and stir in the tofu and green onions
Serve over rice or as desired
