Teriyaki Tofu
  1. Break your tofu into bite-sized pieces and add them to a bowl

  2. Add the olive oil, soy sauce, and cornstarch and toss with a spatula until evenly coated

  3. Fry the tofu in a non-stick pan on medium heat until crispy on all sides

  4. Whisk together all the ingredients for the sauce

  5. Pour the sauce into a pan and bring it to a simmer until the sauce has thickened

  6. Lower the heat and stir in the tofu and green onions

  7. Serve over rice or as desired
