This flavourful, gelatinous pork is the perfect next-day lunch. Combine with the fresh, crisp veggies and it’s a delight to eat.
Ingredients
Preheat oven to 320°F.
Place pork rashers, olive oil and hoisin sauce in a small baking tray, cover and cook for 2 hours. Baste with juices a few times. Remove from pan and slice in half lengthwise.
Slice the bao buns in half, load them up with salad and pork and drizzle over hoisin sauce.
