Lemon Crab Spaghetti
  1. In a large saucepan, lightly toast garlic, shallots and zest in olive oil. Deglaze with lemon juice.

  2. Cook spaghetti to desired doneness.

  3. Add butter to the saucepan, then pasta, water and cream creating a loose sauce.

  4. Add crab and adjust seasoning.

  5. Go to the plate and top with black pepper.
