Viral Turkish Pasta
  1. Finely chop the red onion and grate the tofu

  2. Heat neutral oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions

  3. Add the grated tofu to the pan and cook low and slow for 25-30 minutes until it dries up and crisps slightly

  4. While the tofu cooks, boil your pasta of choice

  5. Make the yogurt sauce by combining unsweetened vegan yogurt, minced garlic clove, lemon juice, and salt to taste

  6. Make the paprika butter by heating vegan butter in a pan and stirring in smoked paprika

  7. Assemble the dish by placing cooked pasta in a bowl

  8. Top with the cooked tofu mince mixture

  9. Add a dollop of yogurt sauce

  10. Drizzle with the paprika butter

  11. Garnish with chopped tomato and chopped parsley

  12. Serve immediately
