Drizzle oil into your pan.
Add onions, mushrooms & chicken.
Cook for 10 mins or until chicken is cooked through.
Then add garlic & paprika and cook for another 2 mins On medium heat.
Then add the stock, mustard & simmer for 5 mins until it reduces.
Stir in the Creme fraiche and simmer.
Then serve with rice or pasta & enjoy.
