Mix together cream cheese, 1 jar of chopped dried beef, 4 chopped green onions, worcestershire saucee, and garlic powder.
In a separate bowl, mix together remaining chopped dried beef and chopped scallion.
Oil or spray your hands with nonstick spray and shape the cream cheese mixture into a ball. Roll the ball in the dried beef and scallion mixture until it’s thoroughly coated.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
