Add the shrimp to a bowl and set aside
Make the mayo by adding mayonnaise, yogurt, sriracha, honey, soy sauce and sesame oil to a medium bowl and mix to combine
Add preferred amount of mayo to the shrimp and toss, then add cilantro and toss again
Make the slaw by adding cabbage, cilantro, scallions, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey and salt to a large bowl and toss to combine
Make the shells by heating about 2 inches of oil in a shallow pan over medium-high until sizzling
Place a rice paper into the oil and press down in the middle, once it crisps up fold it over and remove
Gently fill the shells by adding slaw, avocado, shrimp and sesame seeds
