Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a small bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil. Stir until smooth
Spread chocolate on lined tray and freeze 20 minutes
Soak dates in hot water 15–20 minutes
Blend soaked dates, milk of choice, vanilla, and salt until smooth
Spread date caramel over chocolate
Top with diced apples and nuts
Drizzle extra chocolate if desired and freeze until firm
Break into pieces and store in freezer
