Palak Paneer
  1. Wash and chop the spinach leaves

  2. Blend the onion, tomato, garlic and ginger into a smooth paste

  3. Heat oil in a pan and add the blended paste

  4. Add the spices and cook until the oil separates

  5. Add the chopped spinach and paneer cubes

  6. Simmer until the spinach is cooked and the flavors have combined

  7. Serve hot with naan or rice
