One-pan Honey Garlic Chicken And Veggies
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

  2. Toss vegetables with oil, 1 teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.

  3. Place chicken thighs on top of vegetables and sprinkle with remaining salt and pepper.

  4. Whisk honey, garlic, soy sauce, and red pepper together and pour over chicken.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 45 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the center of chicken should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
