  1. Bring to a boil whipping cream with corn syrup.

  2. Pour onto dark chocolate.

  3. Leave undisturbed for 30 seconds before stirring.

  4. Whisk then mix with an immersion blender.

  5. Pour onto a dish or tart shell.

  6. Let it cool down at room temperature for 1-2h before putting in the fridge.
