Start by purchasing a large bag of peeled garlic from Costco.
Place the garlic in an oven-safe dish and cover it with olive oil or avocado oil.
Cover the dish with a lid and cook the garlic slowly at 250°F for about 2½ to 3 hours.
Once the garlic becomes soft enough to mash with the back of a spoon, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
Transfer the cooled garlic into silicone molds for freezing.
Whenever you need roasted garlic, simply pop out a portion from the freezer and allow it to thaw.
