Boil ramen for 2 minutes, just softened. Drain. Keep one seasoning packet.
Fry until crispy, then set aside.
Cook beef with onion and garlic. Stir in ramen seasoning, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire.
Mix cheddar soup, cream cheese, sour cream, half the cheddar, mozzarella, salt, and pepper.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix noodles, beef mix, bacon, and sauce in a greased dish.
Sprinkle with remaining cheddar and bake uncovered 20–25 minutes until bubbly.
Top with extra bacon and serve hot.
