In a saucepan add the berries, maple syrup and chia seeds, bring to a boil
Then let it simmer until the berries lose their shape, mix in the arrowroot powder, let it cool
In a food processor add the base ingredients and blend until combined
Line your container, add the base layer and press firmly with your fingers
Pour the jam, place in the freezer until set
Melt the chocolate and spread, top with sea salt
Slice and enjoy!
