Copycat Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars
  1. First make the frosting, or you can do this while the bars bake and cool! With an electric mixer or in a stand mixer, combine the cream cheese and butter for about 1 minute until combined and fluffy.

  2. Stir in the orange and lemon zest and powdered sugar, one cup at a time, on low speed. Add heavy cream to loosen up the frosting if needed. Set aside.

  3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a 15x10 baking sheet with foil, then lightly grease the foil.

  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and brown sugar, stirring constantly, until smooth, about 5 minutes. Pour the mixture into a large mixing bowl to cool for about 15 minutes. Whisk in the vanilla, eggs and orange zest.

  5. In a separate medium sized bowl, stir the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ginger and cinnamon to combine. Fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined, then fold in the white chocolate chips and cranberries.

  6. Spread the mixture evenly onto the baking sheet. Bake for 22-24 minutes or until the top becomes slightly golden. Let cool for 15-20 minutes before frosting.

  7. Evenly spread the cream cheese frosting over the bars, then sprinkle with dried cranberries. Drizzle the melted chocolate on top and finish with orange zest.

  8. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before cutting to let the chocolate harden. Cut into triangles and dig in!
