Classic Hummus Recipe
  1. In a food processor, combine the drained chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, and a pinch of salt.

  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.

  3. If the hummus is too thick, add water one tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.

  4. Taste and adjust the seasoning or lemon juice if necessary, blending again to mix.

  5. Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl, create a slight well in the center, and drizzle with a little extra olive oil.

  6. Sprinkle paprika and chopped parsley on top for garnish before serving.
