If the hummus is too thick, add water one tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
Taste and adjust the seasoning or lemon juice if necessary, blending again to mix.
Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl, create a slight well in the center, and drizzle with a little extra olive oil.
Sprinkle paprika and chopped parsley on top for garnish before serving.
