    TO SERVE

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a large mixing bowl loosely combine ground lamb, ground beef, Italian breadcrumbs, eggs, oregano, thyme, and garlic.

  3. Incorporate Kalamata olives, bell pepper, onion, and feta to the mixture. Don't overmix.

  4. In a 13x9 glass baking dish, pour mixture in & shape into a meatloaf. Works best as wide & flat. Cook for 40 minutes at 350 degrees before serving with tzatziki,
