Caramel Pecan Cake
  1. Preheat the oven to 170 and line a round cake tin with baking paper.

  2. Mix together the dry ingredients and then add in the wet.

  3. Gently mix together until combined, then pour into the tin.

  4. Bake in the oven for 20-22 minutes until golden and just firm to the touch. Cool for a few minutes before turning out onto a wire rack.

  5. Mix together the ingredients for the glaze and then smooth over the cake once cooled.
